Pickup Policy

How to collect your order from The Vinayaka, including our pickup location, store hours, and the final pickup date for the season.

Location and hours. Orders are collected in person at 1200 Lorimar Dr, Mississauga, ON L5S 1R4. Our store is open on weekends only — Friday to Sunday, 11 AM – 8 PM.

Last day to pick up. The final day and time to collect your order is Sunday, September 13, 2026, by 6:00 PM. Please plan to collect on or before this date and time.

Idols held at the store. If you prefer to keep your idol at our store until closer to the festival, we will hold your idol for you until the pickup deadline above.

Décor and other items — immediate pickup only. Décor and all other (non-idol) items are for immediate pickup and will not be held. We recommend purchasing décor in store and collecting it the same weekend.

What you reserve is what you receive. The idol you select is reserved exclusively for you. When you place your order, we recommend taking a photograph or noting the details of your idol, so you have a clear record of the idol you have chosen. At pickup you will receive that same idol.

Please review your idol at pickup. Kindly check your idol against your photograph or notes when you collect it, before leaving the store.

Handcrafted idols. Our idols are handcrafted from clay. Slight variations, marks, or natural characteristics are inherent to handcrafted idols and are part of the idol you selected.

Bring your order confirmation. Please present your order confirmation at pickup. Someone may collect on your behalf if they bring your confirmation.

Pickup dates are stated at purchase. Your pickup deadline is shown on your order confirmation at the time of booking. Please make a note of it; we cannot guarantee idols held beyond the deadline.

Cancellations. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact@thevinayaka.ca. After 24 hours, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Missed pickup. Orders not collected by the deadline cannot be guaranteed afterward. As all sales are final, missed pickups are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
